Greetings,

What's your definition of web-based recruiting? Is it using a recruiting database that accessible via the Internet? Is it posting jobs to an online site? Is it using your own company web site to start an optin-ezine that will allow you to implement permission-based marketing?

More data is required.

Best wishes,

Hi,

I just started the project yesterday so I am not aware of all that is available, but I was thinking of online recruitment agencies, but the others that you discuss sound like I need to expore them as well. Basically I need to know what is new and interestig in the industry at the moment, so I presume that covers all of what you mentioned.

Any further help would be appreciated
thanks

Katie

On-line recruiting can be very valuable if done correctly.
There are a lot of things to consider.
One thing you can do if you are doing on-line recruiting is offer assessments to find the best candidates before you pay for transportation to interview the individual. Assessments will tell you when you have a "hot" candidate. The info can be done on the web and results delivered to your email. Another advantage can be that you will build your own database of assessed candidates to compare job openings to. Please email me if you have questions and I will be happy to explain this further.

Good Luck to you.
Michelle
