There are two choices I'm aware of.
My firm publishes a recently updated CD-ROM-based directory that covers 98 applicant tracking/hiring management systems, with objective descriptions of each, plus demos and/or electronic brochures for mos. It sells for $75 and details are at http://www.hrcensus.com/DAmain.html. The other alternative is a report published a year ago by the Electronic Recruiting Exchange.
