New Name for "Recruiter"

My colleague and I are in the process of rewriting our job description and are trying to come up with a new name other than "recruiter". I've come up with the idea of "Staffing Solutions Manager" which I quite like. We would really like to have "manager" somewhere in the name. Do you have any other suggestions?

SIMPLY, STAFFING MANAGER OR MANAGER-STAFFING. IF YOU MAKE THE NAME UNDULY LONGER, PL NOTE THAT IT BECOMES CUMBERSOME IN TRANSACTING.

IN MY OPINION, IT IS ALWAYS ADVISABLE TO KEEP THE JOB TITLES LIMITED TO TWO WORDS FOR EASE AND CONVENIENCE IN USE.

It depends on your position plan... Recruiting for external talent and managing an internal workforce are two completely different roles, and the job title should reflect the work.
