I can be of help to you. My company used pre-employment testing in all of our recruiting.

I'm not sure this will help you in your talk, but you might be interested to check out the Devine Inventory(www.devinegroup.com). It is a single tool with several adaptations: employee selection, self-development and coaching. As well, results can be pooled to give strategic information about corporate culture.
