understanding the HR consumer
Exchange ideas about sourcing, screening, interviewing, finding passive candidates, measuring your results, and more.
Does anyone know of research that explores the needs of HR? For example: top ten wants, biggest challenges, what the HR professional feels they need to assist in their daily activities?
Any guidanc

CarrieSHL,
A great place to start your research would be the Society for Human Resource Management. They are an organization consisting of members within the HR field and have alot of excellent information on their website. You can also begin networking there and maybe get some answers that way. www.shrm.com |
