I'm developing a re-recruiting policy and am interested in any ideas, experiences, suggestions on where to research the topic. Wondering about the best way to treat re-recruited employees in terms of vacation and sick leave policies, seniority, etc. Thanks.

Greetings,

Also consider the need for addressing the issues that might have caused the employee to leave in the first place. Was it corporate politics? A better job offer? Less stress? More appreciation from upper management? Etc.etc.etc.

Addressing the root cause of the departure, I would think, would certainly aid you in re-recruiting these
professionals.
