I am attemping to calculate the annual turnover rate in terms of a percentage. The current model that I am following doesn't seem to be accurate. Does anyone have a simply formula to follow?

Trish or Bob -

That spreadsheet has become quite a hot item here. Suppose I could get a copy, too? If so, please send to: CJaworow@chw.edu

Thanks!

Carol
