I am attemping to calculate the annual turnover rate in terms of a percentage. The current model that I am following doesn't seem to be accurate. Does anyone have a simply formula to follow?

The following web page has the spreadsheet as well as several more:

"go.ourworld.nu/gately/blisscvr.htm"

There is no "www." at the beginning of the web page address.
