I have reviewed Barefield's Developing Critical Skills and competentcies. He says this in hiw first post "I recently found a free handbook called Developing Critical Skills and Competencies for Strategic HR Recruiting Functions and Recruiters that is quite powerful!"

Interestingly enough HE WROTE the handbook, which is 47 pages long. Just like the post, it addresses the challenges, but the handbook does not solve any problems. What it does appear to me to be is a SALES PITCH to purchase his training. Can't believe that's an example of an "Editor's Choice", training is a fine thing, selling is fine too, but don't be underhanded with your pitch, just tell us what your motivation is!
