[/quote] Unfortunately, there are a few who may interpret my message as a sales pitch. If you review the FREE handbook at no time do I try to sell you additional training. I did find a book as stated, however with the permission of the author I rewrote the content under my own name. When you read the book it not only addresses the issues in HR Strategic Recruiting, it also provides you with the critical skills and competencies required to optimize performance. More importantly, it openly shares how HR recruiters should be trained to maximize strategic recruiting performance. The book may not be for everyone. But it's FREE! I revised the book so that HR functions will begin to think outside the box in conducting strategic recruiter training by focusing more on competencies and skills that are aligned to business strategy. If it's not for you then I am sure that you can find someone out their who offers a program that is competency based for strategic HR recruiters. But thanks for your feedback. |
