I can't tell you the industry average, but I can tell you where are organization is. We have 513 employees. We have two full-time employees committed to recruitment and one full-time administrator. Our job openings fluctuate from 10-50+ dependent upon the level of business activity. A good Recruiter should be capable of handling 30 jobs (if you are performing true "corporate recruiting")
