I work with a number of recruiting and ATS suppliers. There is only one I know of that has a non profit program.
It is HRSnap (hrsnap.com). Don't hold them to it, but they supplied a non profit I was working with a full version of their recruiting system for only $129 (that's about 1/100th the normal price), and I think that was just to cover basic setup help. Very nice people to work with. It's a Windows program that acts as a web server and does a good job of ATS and recruiting without the ongoing fees. |

Folks, we are one of the vendors of ATS and I know that it is an expensive tool to purchase but I'd like to ask you all people who have a need to use a simple ATS but are constrained because of money.
Let's start a survey of what is an affordable price for you to have an automated system that meets your needs? Second part of this survey is - what is your objective behind using an ATS? I think together we can create an acceptable solution for all if we put our minds to it. |
