Exchange ideas about sourcing, screening, interviewing, finding passive candidates, measuring your results, and more.
We are thinking of using Career Builder instead of monster.com. Any advice, insight, suggestions?

Do not use either! Instead, if you have a career section of your website, post your job postings and optimize for the web. Then use pay-per-click advertising to attract candidates. The trend in recruiting is towards vertical search and away from careerbuilder and monster.
