Was this something you put together or was it written by someone else? It is amazing how many people are interested in it and those that dont already have such a guide/information. Could you please send me a copy, I would like to compare it with what I have and see what I could possibly change or benefit from because mine isnt 36 pages long!

Thanks so much!

Scott Love is a wonderful recruiter and trainer. His web site is recruitingmaster.com. He has tons of great tools, free articles, etc.

My favorite online resource for recruiting advice.

Hello "Gurn",
I'm so glad to see someone in the same position as myself that needs guidance in good recruiting strategies. I, like yourself, have just been hired to handle recruiting. However, I am the sole HR representative for a small, but quickly growing coastal & harbor-towing company in S. Texas. Talk about a niche industry! I, too, would love to learn from recruitment and/or HR-veterans. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could post something useful that only hands-on experience could provide. And, I do apologize for adding myself to the list, but I really could use the booklet that Robcam has mentioned. I have some great ideas for building up an HR department for my company, but need advice on best practices that you all may use. Thanks so much and good luck to you Gurn.
