We are using Publicdata.com to run our background checks,and we only take printouts on the failed candidates & whenever applicant request a copy of background report, otherwise we don't take the printouts.

I would like to know the CA guidelines in maintaining background check results,do we need to maintain background check reports both passed & filed in file for specific period, if so how long?
