I am a newly graduated student and looking for jobs. I have recruiters calling up at home, although i would be there sometimes but would not pick up the call. The recruiter then leaves a message, i would then take the details of the job i have applied for and check for location etc details. Only then i call back the recruiter to return his/her call. Do you think this routine of mine is going to give bad impression to recruiters that i dont pick up right away. But i always return their calls. Its just i need some time to prepare myself with details of the job. Any suggestions or ideas? Thanks
