I work for a very small IT consulting company and I'm interested in recommendations for Applicant Tracking Software. RESUMate looks like it may be a good fit for us, so I would be interested in any feedback on that system specifically.

I don't have any experience with Resumate, but the ATS we use, Hirebridge, has been a absolutely wonderful. It has a very user friendly interface, it can host the careers page on your company's website and it is very reasonably priced for all of the features you get. I work for a telecommunications company and we hire approximately 500 people a year so we needed a really effective tool but didn't have a lot of money to spend. So far it has worked out great for us. We were using PC Recruiter before and it was awful.

Vurv Express is a great ATS system and is available in several different formats depending on your needs. I bought a scaled down version that costs only $1,200!!

Google the name: Vurv

You'll thank me later. Good luck!

I use Resumate. It gets the basics done very well. Of course you have to load a lot af data yourself but if you are a small company it is not difficult. I never used the VurV small comapny solution but I did implement a Customized corporate version of VurV. If the scaled down version is anything like the full blown package I would seriuosly consider VurV. Good people to work with!

I would have to recommend the North Star HR system. I brought it into my previous company and now our company is a distributor.

We have flexible plans for the small businesses and after six years North Star has gone through multiple upgrades.

Feel free to call (204.731.0044) or email (clif@donaldsonconsulting.ca) and we can help you out.

Gotta love people who spam ads on these boards and have to dig up threads over 2 years old to "respond" to.

I wouldn't trust people like this any further than I can pick up and throw my car.

My not-for-profit starting using Peopleclick's RMS in March of this year. It's user friendly and as the System Administrator, I find it very easy to use behind-the-scenes.

I've been using Resumate for about 3 years now and you can't beat the price for performance. I think they are coming out with a new release soon so keep your eye out if you should decide to go for it.
