The metrics that you use really depend on a lot of internal factors, as such it can be difficult to extol cookie cutter accountability metrics. I can however, suggest a couple places to research, in addition to this site. Try shrm.org, staffing.com, hr.com and ere.net. Additionally, if you have access, you may want to try the corporate leadership council (corporateleadershipcouncil.com). All of these sites have great suggestions to start with.

Thank you so much for your information. Agree with you, that, a lot of internal factors to be consider. Could you pls throw light on the primary factors to be taken.

Key metrics to use to evaluate internal recruiters;

1. Time to fill
2. Quality of candidates
3. Cost to fill.
4. Internal Customer Satisfaction of the service.
5. Turnover
