Shop around. Search your competition, other companies, other industries. Take notes on what stands out and what does not for career pages. Make the career page as user friendly as possible. I had the opportunity to work on my companies career page (Cumberlandfarms.com) Check it out and best of luck!

You might also want to do some searching about for a company that specializes in recruitment websites.
