Specific to oil and gas industry, for a Oil drilling services multi billon $ company having little over 10000 employees spread across different countries across the
globe, I would like to know the following:


1. Workforce planning tools/processes to target company growth plans.

2. Are there any specific tools or processes available to maximize
human capital utilization across different continents.
