setting up in-house certification program for recruiters
Exchange ideas about sourcing, screening, interviewing, finding passive candidates, measuring your results, and more.
Our company is interested in setting up an in-house certification program for its recruiting staff. I have been tasked with researching how that can be done. Can anyone point me in the right direction

The best place to look for a recruiting certification program is AIRS. Go to www.airsdirectory.com They have a competency model plus a variety of courses that fit right in....good luck |

I wouldn't recommend www.workplace.ca professional recruiter program. It doesn't have the depth needed to be effective for most organizations, plus it focus on Canadian HR legislation.
Would check out AIRS programs - as they are higher quality and focused on America legislation and workforces. |

Take a look at Head2Head (www.head2head.ca). They certify hundreds of Recruiters in North America every year. |
