We are a company of about 200 employees whose website gets over 4 million hits a quarter. Our Marketing Dept. has about 35 employees, two of which work exclusively on our two web pages. I am wondering if we need more employees on our web staff. Anyone work for a comparative sized company and have more Web Associates?
