Global workforce planning tool

Hi Friends,

Any suggestions on workforce planning tool for the global workforce? I took charge as a global strategic staffing manager for a company having worldwide presence.

At the userlevel, I am looking at a system where in I capture the headcount plan (monthly/quarterly) from each country, plan for the strategic recruitment and provide an online view on fulfilling status on each country plan.

Is there any effective tool avialable for these kind of functionalities?

I would highly appreciate your feedback.
