A lot of people say that cold calling is an outdated marketing tool for the recruiter, but I completely disagree. The key to being good at using the phone to recruit is feeling confident about asking for referrals from every person you speak with. In order to 'connect' with potential recruits, you have to talk to them on the phone, hands down. Email just won't cut it. Hope This Helps, Mike Nacke http://www.mikenacke.com |
