Hi I am the new and only recruiter for my company. And im also fairly new to the industry. They want me to create excel spreadsheets to track productivity. Such as cost to hire, quality to hire, life cycle of the ad. Can anyone give me some tips on how to go about creating these spreadsheets or share some spreadsheets with me so I can get some ideas. I would appreciate any help so much
