Dear Fellow Recruiters/Staffing Professionals:

We are a rapidly growing mid-sized organization in Virginia and we would like to speak with other organizations regarding how/if they:

A) Measure hiring managers' satisfaction with the recruiting process;
B) Measure the effectiveness of the selection and training processes as evidenced by the performance of the new hire.

Accordingly, we would greatly appreciate if you would take a moment to answer the following questions:

1) Does your organization conduct surveys to measure its hiring managers' satisfaction with the recruiting process? Or if not the hiring managers, then whom?

2) Do you survey hiring managers about how the employees are performing? If so, is this question part of the recruiting satisfaction survey or is it a separate survey?

3) How often is the recruiting satisfaction survey administered? (with each hire, each "class" of hires, monthly, quarterly, yearly)

4) What is the survey format (email, web-based like Zoomerang, paper, face-to-face, other)?

Any information/feedback you can provide will be immensely appreciated. We will be more than happy to provide you with information on our survey practices in return.

In responding, please include the size of your organization and city/state (name of organization not needed, but certainly welcomed). Thank you!
