looking for companies who need outsourced recruiters

Hi everyone,

I'm working, from home, for a recruiting company that was originally started to recruit for telecom positions only. Now I've partnered with the owner and we are recruiting for other positions including IT, finance, consulting, and of course, telecom, just to name a few.

We have contracts with Verizon, Bearing Point, Hawaiian Tel, and many more but we're always looking for more, preferably companies that do NOT have internal recruiters of their own.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice, please let me know. Is cold-calling a good way to reach out to new companies or does e-mailing work better? I've been researching the subject of "outsourced recruiting" for days but the more I read, the more confused I become.

Up until now, I was working with other companies' internal recruiters who did nothing but waste many, many weeks of my time. I need to know the best way to contact companies who will honestly use my services. I also need to know the best way to find out the name of the company and the name of their HR person and/or CEO.

Any advice? websites? company lists? ANYTHING....There is so much money to be made and I'm ready!
