How to reach HR outsourcing professionals

Hello:

I am looking for a resource to put me in touch with those agencies or pros who handle the outsourcing of employee layoffs. I believe we have a new service to offer which will substantially benefit them, but our main area has been in the Vocational Rehabiltation field and not in Human Resources. I am unsure who these folks are or how to find them. Any suggestions? Sources? Web sites?

You could check with your local SHRM chapter to see if they know of any local consultants who do outplacement.

Otherwise, the big players in that field are Right Associations(www.right.com), Lee Hecht Harrison (lhh.com), and Drake Beam Morin (www.dbm.com). However, these folks typically deal with salaried professionals up to and including executives.

Thank you very much. The web site information will really help. We are becoming all inclusive and not only focused on vocrehab.

Do you know if SHRM has a Journal? Perhaps advertising in their journal would be a good way to get the word out about our new service.
