Hello
I am new to recruiting and have recently started my own business. I am wondering if anyone has ever used Talent Hire.com or websites similar to this. Is this a reliable method of filling positions and does anyone know of other websites like TalentHire.com? Any info is appreciated.

Looks like a much better deal for agencies than employers. I far prefer dealing with a select group of proven agencies than with a whole mess of people who've decided contingency recruiting is a better deal than selling used cars.
