Can anyone recommend some relatively affordable web recruiting systems that must:

- Allow integration via SQL or some means with another HRMS.
- Allow onboarding of resumes via the web.
- Not outrageously priced.

Thank you!

Kenexa tends to be expensive and it doesn't have the best GUI. Reporting is also not the easiest.

If you want cheap with close to full functionality in an applicant tracking system, I'd recommend Taleo. You can be up and running quicky and it only costs about $100/month per user. Good system for just one or two users, but I don't think they'll integrate with an HRIS.

If you want more functionality (you're going to have more than 20 users), check out Silkroad's OpenHire. If you are hiring a lot of hourly employees, then SonicRecruit is an outstanding ATS in my opinion. SonicRecruit has full HR-XML compatibility; Openhire when last I checked earlier this year does not. HR-XML is important if you're trying to integrate a "seamless" system with outside vendors such as pre-employment testing and/or background check vendors.

My company provides an excellent choice for any organization under 10,000 employees. Our system is web based On-Demand applicant tracking system and can be integrated with an HRIS system or any other tools you would use such as an online assessment or testing provider. We can have you up and running in 30 minutes with no set up costs unlimited support from a dedicated account manager and free training. The system is also scalable as well so if you have " 20 or more users" it is not a problem. We have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive enterprise systems at a fraction of the cost. The system can also be customized upfront or on the fly after you get started for free as well.

I've been doing a little research on low cost ATS. First, though, I would ignore the post above since these forums are not intended to promote products and services. I personally do not use products that are so promoted on these forums.

Taleo offers an excellent product for less than $100 per month. I would also look at cbizsoft which is priced at $39 month and will integrate with most major HRIS systems. Both would be very scaleable systems and both offer the usual basic ATS functionality.
