to what end? What are you trying to determine? Your question at present is too broad.

I am trying to determine the supply and demand of trained personnel to support our local energy industry (Upstream and Downstream) for the next five to ten years.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics might be of some use. If there is a good, well established industry association, I would recommend that you try there. Industry associations often do labor analyses - it might cost you, but it'll save a whole lot of effort on your part.
