I recently took on a new role as a Pursuit/IDIQ recruiter and I can't track my activities the way I use too. Therefore I'm curious to know what types of (manual)pipeline reports other recruiters may be generating to track recruiting activities (i.e., requisition load, candidate screening, interviews, hires, etc). You see, I'm very much use to tracking my activities and pulling reports from our recruiting database. In this new role its not as easy, as I don't have enough time to process a requisition and begin sourcing to show my activity. Any help/guidance is appreciated.
