New company that needs help

Hello Everyone,

I am the owner of Jump Start Staffing Services in Louisville, KY. I have worked in the staffing and human resources fields for 7 years. I am very familiar with the human resources and staffing side of the business, but I am having a difficult time finding company contracts. Staffing is a very competitive field and there isn't much information out there related to the tools for recruiting companies to work with you. I have over 200 applicants that have contacted me for employment, but I not landed a contract to place any of them. Has anyone dealt with this obstacle and how did you overcome it.
