Hi friends,
I am new to this forum, and it seems excellent! My question for you is this: My company is seeking to use a behavior/personality-focused assessment to pre-screen all candidates for basic "cultural fit" before conducting phone screens. Typically these are pay-per-use and that gets very expensive if you're using them that consistently. Does anyone know of a monthly-fee-based assessment that is worth a darn?

Try Kenexa. I did some research on this for high volume hourly recruiting about a year ago and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost per assessment.
