We started an internal recruiting department in our company about a year ago and I would like to get feedback from the hiring managers to see if they are happy with the services the recruiting Team is providing and what we can do to be better.
Has anyone surveyed hiring managers to see if they are satisfied with the services provided by the Recruiters? What questions did you use?
