I am working as an analyst in the development team for HR applications
As part of my work I am looking for a solution regarding staffing management: relation between employee-manager-organization.
I would like to know which application and business process can be used to manage the entities above and keep this relation updated also in case of
1.organizational change
2.employee’s life cycle changes (termination, reassignment, relocation, promotion) etc
3.future employee’s assignments, cancellation of future assignments (need to reverse the relation employee-manager-organization to the previous one)
4.etc
