Does anyone have copies of proposals from RPO Companies. Before engaging in multiple conversations, I would like to evaluate different proposals (not just on price, but what services they offer, etc..

A lot will depend on what services you're looking for. If you want a "drop in" high volume staffing department complete with applicant tracking system, Kenexa can do that for you as can The Right Thing. The Right Thing has had a lot of success recently in growing its client base, and I've heard from large company staffing directors that a big reason for it is good service and reasonable prices.
