While there are too many to list here, one caution should stick out among all else. If, as a recruiter you work with ONE client who employs 15 people or more, you are required to comply with every applicable law. Failing to do so, failing to advise your client and if necessary, refuse a search where the terms of the search (including the client's actions and requests (remember: you either knew or should have known))are discriminatory can leave you liable as well as the offending company, should a breach of the law occur.
