Has anyone used netdetective for background checks on future employees? The advantage would be that if the employer did the background checks directly rather than outsourcing it to a firm, the regs. o

Has anyone used netdetective for background checks on future employees? The advantage would be that if the employer did the background checks directly rather than outsourcing it to a firm, the regs. of the FCRA would not apply. It is probably too good to be true. Thanks for sharing any true experience, and please do not respond if you have not used them or if you are a vendor looking for business.
