Hello All,

I am new to this site and i need help on mergers and the Hr angles realted to it. I know about the cuture issues that are associated with it. I need to complete my dissertation on the same. Could some one help me in framing the right questions, that I can pose to the Hr head of the merged company? This is to find the success/failure of the merger? Waht all should I ask from the HR people?

If you are doing a dissertation on this topic I would hope that you would know what questions to ask the merged HR head regarding the success. You say that you know about the culture issues, well after that issue all other issues do not compare.

The culture issues will drive everythng else especially the number one item from an HR perspective (IMHO). Key staff turnover.
