Consultants to help write interview questions

Are there consulting companies out there that help write interview questions? My company is looking into hiring someone to help them rewrite their case study interviews for specific domain areas such as program management, oracle dba, technical consulting, etc. Does anyone know if there is a company that specializes in doing that? Thanks!

Many of teh same firms you see listed in the discussion on Assessment Centers will be able to assist you with your request. You can also search for a Ph.D. Industrial/Organization Psychologist. You may have someone in your area trained in pyschometric design and developing interviewing/selection tools.

Any relation to the well known Vandewege family of athletics? Kiki? Or is that a different spelling?

Ha! A question I get often. No relation (that I know of) b/c I think he has an "h" in the spelling of his.
