Is anyone familiar with AIRS Oxygen? What is it? Have you used it? If so, what are your thoughts about how effective it is? Is it worth the cost? How does it compare to using Monster or Careerbuilder?

Depends on what you need from online recruiting. If simply posting to job boards gets enough responses to meet your staffing needs, then there's little need to expend the effort on Airs. On the other hand, if your recruiting requires more of an individual search effort Airs can be useful.
