I have a ROI study that was developed by a HR consultant, Professor at St. Mary's and UC Berkeley specific to ESS/MSS for benefits administration and online enrollment. Additionally I have a spreadsheet of questions from a RFP.

I am also looking for a ROI tool to help me calculate the ROI for implementing HRMS / ESS.
I have read a synopsis of an Aberdeen group's article (11 March 01) with the following findings: · 86% of recruitment professionals spend 2 hours/day on administrative tasks; · /> 40% spend > 1/2 of each day on these low value-added activities (HR professionals spend 70% of their time answering repetitive benefits questions) " As a result, Aberdeen concludes that 20% or less of HCM effort is spent on strategic activities. Workplace Self-Service (WSS), which consists of employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) applications, offers much-needed solutions to relieve HCM professionals of many repetitive tasks - tasks that also negatively affect employee productivity. In fact, more than $200 per employee is lost each year in employee productivity, which could be remedied by efficient self-service solutions." Hope that helps. What's your findings? eddyfhenry@yahoo.com |
