I am looking for a more efficient manner to test applicants (as well as current employees for training placement) on certain software packages as well as basic accounting skills. I would like to find something over the internet where I can send someone to test, no matter their location, and hopefully have the results sent to me confidentially.

If you have any ideas, I would appreciate your assistance.

Thank you.

One of the best software applications is SkillScape (www.skillscape.com). It is web-native, can be used as a recruiter solution or for skills ann competence management.
It can be used in combination with a HR system like PeopleSoft.
