You may want to look at PERFORMAWORKS (www.performaworks.com). It is fully web based and was designed by world class I/O psychologists. It fully supports the competencies that you developed or you could work with the Performaworks staff to develop new ones. Good Luck! |

Check out www.successfactors.com . They were rated the only "strong positive" (highest rating) in a recent market scope on employee performance management systems. They have ASP solutions for companies of all sizes and HCM needs. |

Have a look at E-appraisal from Halogen Software (www.halogensoftware.com) I've had great success with other Halogen products gaining huge ROI and am in the process of piloting the appraisal product. The on-line demo from the site will say it all! |
