I am in search of a tool / Software Package that will track multiple performance measures (financial, personal, Project driven measure, 360's etc) for all of our associates (up to 12,000) and based on the achievement of these goals and measures -- an appraisal is "Suggested".

I have found many "performance appraisal" package, but nothing that tracks and feeds into such a system.

Anyone have an Idea?

You may want to look at PERFORMAWORKS (www.performaworks.com). It's fully web based and offers the capabilities that you mention. Good Luck!
