WEB-BASED HRIS
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
I work for a company based in Canada with some offices in the US. We're looking for a web-based ASP to use for HRIS purposes. Obviously this provider must be able to handle Canadian employees as well

I work for a company called Journyx. There are numerous software packages out there, some good, some not so good. Without sounding prejudice, I would give Journyx a look for time tracking and expense tracking: www.rhonda.journyx.com It also integrates with various accounting an project management packages.
If you are a company of ten or less, Journyx is absolutely free. We offer ASP and one-time license purchases. If you have more than ten people to track, shoot me an email rhonda@journyx.com and I will be more than happy to set you up with the appropriate person for a private demo site or answer quesitons about the application. By the way, I'm not a sales rep - I just think it is a good solution and have been on both sides of the fence. |
