I need a database that will accept scanned resumes and is searchable by keywords. Does anyone know of one that is user-friendly and does not take a long time to input or search? Would appreciate any feedback.

If you go to the home page, right below "legal spotlight," there's an "applicant tracking decision guide."

There is an incredible system out called Primebyte.com/PrimeHire. It has web recruitment, applicant tracking, and resource mgmt in one system. And you can search resumes from another board right into PrimeHire.
