HR Call Center Technology
Discuss how to choose system that will yield the best results, as well as how to maintain it, and how to calculate its return on investment.
I'm looking for some information on HR Call Centers and there isn't much out there.
Ideally integrated solutions between call technology and knowledge database would be fantastic.
Best practic

By an HR Call Center do you mean a call center where employees can find information on benefits and such? I am not aware of this concept.
Are you starting a new center or has this been ongoing? If you want integrated solutions then you should look for a system that is based on CT Media 2.1 SDK. Basically, this is a software development kit for computer telephony systems. go to www.dialogic.com I am familiar with it because our nonprofit is looking for a new call center solutions. The cadillac of call center solutions appears to be Transcender from Rockwell. Although there is a product called Smartphone Pro that has multilingual support by a European company, Novavox. It is designed for smaller and medium sized operations. HTH |

I just saw a demo by White Pajama. They offer a Contact Center with knowlegde based feature. It ties voice, chat, and email together. The best part was all you needed was a browser.
Their demos are free and the URL is www.whitepajama.com |
