We are nearing the end of finding an HRIS system. I am getting ready to present to the CFO and CEO. Any suggestions on what specific points to bring up. Obviously why, how, when, etc. but we have pick

Are any of you from the Healthcare Industry? I am struggling with showing the value of an HRIS to a Board of physicians who are focused on the cost being so high for a "non-medical" purpose.

Thanks for everyone's response. Just a qyuick update. We looked at ADP Perspective, ABRA, Veregon, and Great Plains. I have not been able to present to the CFO yet but have gathered ROI information and created an argument that an HRIS is an investment and with an ESS, it can help us better orchestrate organizational development. Let's hope ADP is a winner with the CFO!

I know it has been awhile but have you chosen a HRIS because Ceridian offers a top of the line HRIS that is more cost-effective than ADP's Perspective. They also have a ESS that integrated with the HRIS. Another thing is they have ROI tools that will help you sell to your CFO.
